    "So they go from one job to another thinking that it's going to be different this time when in fact, it's the same outcome because their behaviors haven't changed because they haven't recognized that there is an issue within themselves that they need to change. So if you find that you are in this vicious cycle and it's exhausting. Trust me, it is absolutely exhausting to be in this continuous cycle. Then nothing is nothing changes unless something changes. So you're going to just kind of keep repeating that same old pattern and it's, you know, for me, it just became too painful because I had this desire to be somebody different. I had a desire to change. I had a desire to have more structure in my life. I had a desire to be more impactful to others in my life. I had a desire to be more consistent in my life.I had a desire to actually f*****g grow. But because I was caught up in those patterns, nothing was going to change. Absolutely nothing was going to change. So what did I have to do? I had to own responsibility for a lot of my thinking thoughts, patterns, actions, and I finally said..."that's got to change."

    "What I say, one brain, two minds. There's actually I want to talk about three brains, because when I say one brain two minds, I'm talking about this conscious mind and the subconscious mind. I do a lot of subconscious work with my clients. For example, I'm working with somebody to stop smoking. We did some subconscious work there. I'm helping somebody with get off pop, which is another addiction. And that's been tremendous. You know, we just figured out today that she's been drinking for 43 years. And with some subconscious work, we've been able to really, really make significant changes and really do some cool things. So you've got the conscious mind, which is your goal setter, but your subconscious mind is really your goal getter. And the subconscious mind is really where a lot of what you do comes from. And just a fun fact for you. The subconscious mind is only seven years old. So a lot of the beliefs and decisions and things that you that you make were decided as a child, you know, around these impressionable adults and female or female family members and such as you've been around."

Amazing

Kelly has given me the tools to re-wire my mindset, self-advocate as a detective in my nutrition, understanding how food effects me on a cellular level, and the scale is just data.

One of the things I love about Kelly is that she is ALWAYS learning and educating herself. This is what makes her coaching so different. Kelly walks the walk, and does the WORK!

Other coaches I’ve worked with don’t get as involved, as Kelly does. Kelly truly wants to help people get to the root cause, it’s not a quick fix so if you are ready to dig deep, get real, and be open to change you’ve found your tribe!!!

The number on the scale no longer dictates my self-worth!
