Mindfulness

This podcast is an absolute delight. You will be listening mindfully to the author’s mindful walk through the woods. It is relaxing and educational. I’m thinking it would be the perfect thing to listen to any night I’m feeling anxious. Can’t wait to use the knowledge from the podcast on our hikes tomorrow. Thank you and looking forward to more recordings!

Delightful!

Tristan’s insight and perspective of the natural world is just delightful. It’s helpful if you have a working knowledge of tree species to keep up, but every podcast and chapter of his books reveals a clue to the deep connections within nature. Just great!
