Life is a Highway: Time to Ride

Life is a highway - Rascal Flatts https://youtu.be/5tXh_MfrMe0
In this episode of the Radio Coffee House, Clint Armitage takes us on a journey down the "highway of life." Using the popular song "Life is a Highway" by Rascal Flatts as an analogy, Clint explores how we can navigate life's twists, turns, and obstacles with faith and trust in God. He emphasizes the importance of understanding how to ride this highway correctly by relying on biblical principles to guide us through the challenges and uncertainties we face.
Clint begins by discussing the importance of having a roadmap for life, which for believers is the Bible. He highlights that while being saved gives us a destination, it doesn't automatically equip us with the skills to navigate life's journey. Drawing from the lyrics of "Life is a Highway," Clint illustrates how life's road can be full of unexpected turns, debris, and potential accidents. Yet, with God's guidance, we can minimize damage and continue on our path with confidence and purpose.
Throughout the episode, Clint delves into the spiritual aspects of the song's lyrics, connecting them to biblical teachings and personal faith. He encourages listeners to choose how they want to ride their life's highway—whether with fear and doubt or with excitement and trust in God's plan. By changing our mindset and embracing God's sovereignty, we can live a life full of joy, peace, and adventure, even amidst trials and persecution.
Clint also references the Sermon on the Mount from Matthew 5, where Jesus provides comfort and reassurance that despite life's hardships, we are blessed and not alone. He underscores the importance of having peace with God to experience the peace of God, and how this peace empowers us to face life's challenges with resilience and hope.
Tune in to this episode of the Radio Coffee House to discover how to navigate the highway of life with faith, trust, and a sense of adventure. Learn how to embrace the journey, avoid the pitfalls, and live with the passion and purpose that God has designed for you.

Is it about Jesus?

The rant about marriage is clearly from someone who doesn’t know Jesus. He said “well nothing is 100 percent “ and you agreed with him! Jesus is 100 percent! When you rely on him 100%, you will have peace. But you didn’t say that. Someone has to tell him about Jesus, it looks like that’s not you.
