Slow Down

I recently discovered this podcast, and I’m working my way through the previous episodes. It is easy to listen to, and I enjoy that it tells us to slow down. Our world is all about fast pace and big numbers, but slowing down to enjoy something is like opening a gift.

Muscle testing

The information about minerals in the body was great information.

However…

Muscle testing is called Applied Kinesiology. You might as well be practicing voodoo. By placing something in someone’s hand and then testing the muscle to see if it can resist the pressure put on it is basically just putting a suggestion in someone’s mind that it is good or bad for them. The person has already predetermined if it’s good or bad as soon as the object is placed in their hand. If you think it’s bad, you won’t be able to resist but if you think it’s good for you, then you will be able to resist. Basically, muscle testing is mind control.
