    As the Alter Rebbe writes, nowadays fasting can, God forbid, bring health issues. Study more Torah, daven properly with a minyan, and say Tehilim. Study Chitas. Do as the Rebbe Maharash said: take 15 minutes to think about your situation to bring about an addition to your Torah and mitzvot.

    You mention that reciting Chasidus can be challenging due to your distractions. Our sages teach that accepting the yoke of Torah eases worldly burdens. Occupying one's mind in thought allows for a more realistic acceptance of worries, without exaggeration, especially when engaged in Torah, which brings healing.

    Don't rush into it if you're not sure. For now, focus on increasing your studies, especially Chasidus, which strengthens the love and fear of Hashem. Revisit the idea later on. You have to be sure about this decision so that you won't change your mind because some people might make fun.
