Ever heard of the Ebor Dutton Trout Hatchery? Well this week we catch up with Paul ‘the big dog’ Sheather to talk about one of those bucket list things every keen fisherman needs to experience. Paul, who is the NSW regional assistant manager, runs Jono and Guesty through some of the amazing work they do when it comes to raising and releasing Trout into inland streams and waters.
