I sat down with former Waterville H.S Football player and current MMA fighter, Jon "The Warhawk" Piersma. It was nice to catch up with Jon and talk about his football playing days and his journey to becoming an MMA fighter and the dream of getting called up to fight in the UFC.

We were able to sit down with RFA Women's basketball Alum, current Lemoyne College transfer, Amya McLeod joined us to talk about transferring from Youngstown St to Lemoyne and the impact being local had on her decision. We also spoke to Oriskany Head Baseball Coach, Eric Enos about their Section 3 Class D Championship and their most recent win that punched their ticket to the State Final Four.

The guys and I were back together to talk about the impact that Caitlin Clark has had in the WNBA. We also chatted about the NBA Playoffs and much more.

It was great to go down memory lane and talk Utica Blue Sox's with the voice of Utica, PA Announcer, Tim Best was kind enough to talk about the upcoming season, which is two weeks away !
