On Thursday afternoon, we were impacted by the Microsoft O365 and OneDrive outage, which prevented the editing of the podcast for publishing. Then, overnight, we were again impacted by the CrowdStrike crash. Because of these issues we could not produce a Situation Report on Thursday or a podcast script for Friday. We thank you for your understanding.

Customer Reviews
My go to
Their report and its assessments are my go to for staying on top on the news from the front. Now they have added very insightful interviews and it looks like the podcast version of the report will be back. All is good.
This used to be ok
I always found the Report to be extremely biased to the point of being fairly skeptical of their assessments especially since their assessments were so broad as to be pretty much correct since you can interpret it however you want. That being said their reporting is actually fairly accurate but once Linnea Hubbard left I simply have so much trouble trying to understand anything with the new host’s thick accent. I’m sorry but I just can’t make out what she’s saying. If you want to read the news you have to be intelligible to your broader audience.
Irritatingly glib
This feels like a show about Ukraine events for high school kids. I listen fairly often because I follow events in Ukraine very closely and listen to several podcasts on the subject. But this is easily the worst one. And unfortunately, it’s largely because of the sarcastic or otherwise glib tone lthey take, and the weird obsession with declaring every day that previous assessments they made were accurate. Ukraine the Latest is a thousand times better. All of that said they are generally accurate.
