Nothing great happens in your comfort zone.
You must do something different.
Start small.
Here are a few things you can do to alter patterns, change perspective, get a little uncomfortable. First write down your new goal, then....

1. Take a different route to work
2. Put your opposite shoe on first
3. Re-arrange furniture at home or office
4. Sleep on the opposite side on the bed

Give one or more try. Focus on your goal. Apply the new. Live better.
