Donald Osborne (Curation and Appraisal Expert)
Donald Osborne is the CEO of Audrain Motorsport and the reason we got to drive a car made before 1910! Remember when we held up a city's worth of traffic on a bridge? We have him to thank. Sort of. Donald is an absolute car expert with a focus on vintage cars. As someone who has curated museum collections and assessed cars for collectors, he really knows the minutiae of so many vehicles.

Great show! Bring back old ads!
Love The Smoking Tire, been listening for about 4 years. Recently, I’ve started listening to the old episodes, starting with episode 1. Wow! It was a completely different show back then, and in many ways the modern iteration is improved, but one thing I wish they would bring back is the old car ads and funny clips they would play at the start of the show, or after ad breaks. So cool! Keep up the good work guys.
Please don’t hate them
For those who don’t like this podcast because they have something against Tesla, I would suggest Past Gas or The Big Three and please don’t hate them. Not everybody likes something, I don’t like Tesla either but that’s not a reason to hate them. And I know they use Tesla as a example of something bad, but think about it, you have proballey done something similar too.
Good car enthusiast content
The show is at its best when Matt talks cars and his experiences with all he has driven. The show is at its worst when he talks over his guests and rarely lets them finish a story… also it’s annoying the way he laughs a bit too long at his own jokes.
