Randi Fargen is a Culture Index Executive Advisor and business owner whose passion is aligning people with their purpose at work.  As the President and Engineering Director of Dynamic Design, she mastered the Platinum Rule: Treat everyone the way THEY need to be treated.  From there, she expanded her reach by starting her own consulting firm to work with business owners and leadership teams to help them better understand how to first align their people with purpose, and second how to communicate, manage and motivate each person in ways that work for them.  This has been proven to increase happiness in the workplace, but also increases engagement, productivity and retention.

In this episode I am honored to share a conversation with Mark Anthony Lord about his healing journey. He experienced self-abandonment, trauma, but discovered his truth and spirit through forgiveness. 

Mark shares openly about his experience as a gay man in a time when he couldn’t find anyone else like him and struggled to not only accept himself, but be accepted by others. His healing journey has led him to facilitate a safe place for people to discover the same healing power of forgiveness.

Mark Anthony Lord, MDiv. is an internationally recognized speaker, author, successful entrepreneur and coach. In 2003, Mark founded the Bodhi Spiritual Center in Chicago, building it from three people in his living room to over a thousand. During his fourteen years at Bodhi, Mark trained over one hundred spiritual coaches, ten ministers, and taught transformational, spiritual classes to thousands. Most of these courses he created himself.

He is the co-founder and teacher at Living The Course, an online, global community with over two-thousand members. Mark is the author of Thou Shalt Not Suffer: 7 Steps to a Life of Joy and The Seven Living Words. 

His is the creator of Awaken To Miraculous Love, a spiritual relationship coaching program for women who are ready to transform their relationship paradigms so they can love themselves and others … without fear.

His personal mission is to help people heal their unconscious commitment to suffering, forgive all, and live an inspired life.
