The Middle Ground We Need

I’m so happy to know someone is covering the intersection of mental health and spiritual practices. Like Jamie says in her episode on witchcraft, “If it works for you, why does it matter if it’s real or not?”

So much of what I use to manage my mental health, including depression, an anxiety disorder, and ADHD is grounded in spirituality.

Thank you for bringing guests who discuss practical strategies for more connectedness and self-care. I loved the episode on anxiety—I’ll be using those powerful reframes from now on!
