    • Christianity

Have you ever found yourself so busy taking care of so many important things in life that somehow you forget to take care of yourself? You’ve got endless checklists, school demands, work demands, family demands, and church demands. You’re being pulled in so many different directions -- your focus is so scattered -- that you don’t seem to be getting anything done. You’re frustrated and anxious, because you simply cannot accomplish all that is required of you. Today, we’re going to learn what Jesus teaches us about the habit of stopping our efforts, and nourishing ourselves on His word. We’re going to learn about the essential habit of simply focusing on Jesus.
