Episode 7: Toby Slough joins to talk equipping pastors and parents to deal with anxiety.

Episode 7: Toby Slough joins to talk equipping pastors and parents to deal with anxiety.

Our good friend, Toby Slough, joins us to talk about the very serious challenges of dealing with anxiety. While leading Cross Timbers Church, a megachurch outside of Dallas, Toby was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, so he understands the daily battle many pastors, parents, and kids face every day. Knowing a little about anxiety, The Brothers Surratt lean in for practical advice.
Of course there's also the normal tomfoolery (Is that still a word?) around topics such as the evil of Daylight Savings Time, and who had the biggest pre-wedding party.
