    Almost all medical practice owners are phenominal in their speciality.   It is their extreme knowledge and ability to combine that knowledge with skills to be at the top of their field and make a difference in their patients' lives. Then it happens.    The practice owner decides he/she wants to sell or partner with someone to grow.   They are approached by a potential suiter who makes them an offer and they feel they can save thousands in commissions if they just partner or sell to that suiter.   Congratulations!!!
