Wow

Listening to season 1 and am I the only one who thought that jay killed the girl and just pinned it on Adnan because he was jealous ? How else would he know where the body was? And the fact that he couldn’t keep his lies straight.

Absolutely absorbing

The total violation of human rights in Guantanamo is nothing short of shocking and appalling. Such little regard for human life and and with zero legal recourse for all those imprisoned. I am so sad and disappointed that Biden has done nothing to stop this (of course I expected as much from Donal Trump who has such disdain for Muslims and generally anyone who is not white.) Brilliant reporting from Serial. Thank you for raising our awareness and with great sensitivity and honesty.

Well Done and informative

Listening to this series has given me a new perspective on the inner workings of Gitmo. The thought that the United States could hold these men without charges for such an extended period is nothing short of shameful. If they weren’t radical Muslim Jihadist prior to their incarceration they certainly will be now. I cannot imagine if it were me that was held captivate by a foreign government for 10 to 20 years without charges that I would not be seeking retribution. While I understand the fear that all Americans felt after 9/11, I am certain there has to be a better way that this to punish those responsible.
