Did the Minnesota Timberwolves just beat the Denver Nuggets by 45 points in game 6? The Timberwolves' margin of victory was the second-largest by a team facing elimination in the NBA's history.
The Timberwolves forced a Game 7 because they got back to their swarming, suffocating, defensive, and then we saw Anthony Edwards doing Ant-Man things.
115 to 70 was the final, with Anthony Edwards leading the way with 27 points, but the real credit needs to go to the Timberwolf's head coach, Chris Finch, for adjusting the team's defense, which resulted in shutting down Jamal Murray, who only scored 10 points.
