Dr. Tamara is the owner and founder of Virtuous Bodies which empowers moms to take control of their physical wellness by promoting faith, fitness, health, and nutrition. Dr. Tamara has practiced as a board-certified clinical pharmacist for almost 12 years and combines her experience from medicine, lessons learned through motherhood, and over 5 years of coaching to teach moms how to balance motherhood while living a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their family.
