An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is an automated phone system technology that allows incoming callers, to access information via a voice response system of pre recorded messages without having to speak to an agent. In essence, the voice you hear whenever you dial a number, using any SIM card in your phone and it says the number is currently unreachable, was pre-recorded , computerized and is put there for easy customer service. It is called an IVR😊💜
