Terrific Respite From the Noise
This podcast landed on my radar through some algorithmic recommendations. Never one to trust the machines, I was wary. But I was wonderfully surprised by what I heard: A podcast that plays more like an eclectic grab bag of art - both known and esoteric - than the familiar didactic cultural history programs. There's time to sit back and just enjoy, and time to perk up, pay attention, and absorb a thing or two. The reading selections are incredibly well voiced and finely chosen. Without rambling too much here, I'd just say this is a perfect escape from the noise of today's bloated media. I'm sure you'll get into it as much as I did.
