PRIDE month vs. Holiness
In this episode Pastor Alex expands on a post he shared on Facebook that received a lot of feedback. A pastor friend from California made a post speaking out against the Los Angeles Dodgers honoring an irreverent LGBTQ group known as The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence who dress as sexualized nuns in their drag outfits. Pastor Paul speaks out against this and stands up for what is right. In this episode, Pastor Alex shares his thoughts about that post and calls for more HOLINESS in the midst of all the PRIDE month rhetoric.

What’s In Your School Library
Episode 170 - What’s In Your School Library
Pastor Alex is joined by a couple ladies from the group, Concerned Parents of the Ozarks, and they talk about inappropriate books that are in school libraries. Corissa Corson and Jenn Rosebrock are a part of a group of parents who are working to protect our kids by monitoring the books in our school libraries. They are working to keep pornographic and other inappropriate content out of our public schools. You would be shocked by what our kids are being exposed to.
Alex Bryant Ministries is focused on helping people be reconciled to God, then within one’s own self, and finally being reconciled to our fellow man in order to become disciples.

Black Players ONLY Meeting
I’ve been saying for years that the black community needs a players only meeting. Kind of like when the players ask the coaches to leave the room and talk about issues that are hindering them from living up to their full potential. Well, here’s my take on what we need to talk about if I were to lead that meeting.

This is a conversation inspired by Pastor Alex’s new book, Man UP: A Guide to Godly Masculinity. This is a very enlightening conversation.

Much Needed
What Alex and Angela bring to the table from their podcast, their book, and their ministry to the local church is one of the most needed topics of the time. Their perspective is broad, meaning that they really are able to see beyond the issue and have hard conversations about the cause of the issue, getting to the root. I am grateful for their voices right now and appreciate what they’re doing.
Obedient
Not afraid to address the hard issues. Real, authentic and Christ-led. Appreciate what you’re doing!!
On Track
I am always challenged and blessed when I listen to Pastors Alex and Angie. I may not always agree or completely agree with what the podcast is about, but I am always challenged to be willing to learn and be graceful in my response. The way they interact with each other and any guest speaker they have on is refreshing, there is always an atmosphere of respect in the conversation. I laugh. I cry. I get angry. I get encouraged.
