Silent! The ramification of white male owned media and Tech on civil rights, ageism systemic racism, women’s rights, intellectual property, privacy and more

In this episode of "The World According to Cynthia," host Cynthia Basinet discusses the issues of systemic racism and ageism in the entertainment industry. Cynthia shares her own experiences with these issues, including having her hard work "sliced and diced" by big tech and rich husbands who should know better. She also discusses the media's lack of moral compass, white male-owned and run media inflicting their vanity on women, and the lack of models who work their way up from obscurity to become critically acclaimed entertainers. Cynthia argues that these issues not only shortchange creativity, but also harm the original creators, and calls for change in the entertainment industry.

    Key Points:

1- Systemic racism and ageism affect the entire world

Electronic overreach and lack of moral compass in white male-owned and run media is a major issue.

2- Cynthia's own experiences of having her hard work stolen and her image appropriated.

3- Short-changing of original creators and lack of representation for minority groups in the industry.
