Pregnancy and body image. An eating disorder update
If you are new here you may not know that Shianne was diagnosed as anorexic in her younger years and struggled with eating disorders and poor body image for years to follow. In this episode we discuss eating disorder recovery and what Shianne thinks has been the biggest help when it has come to completely recovering from her eating disorder and how she is handling the changes that come with pregnancy.

James Lang on 'the accident' mental toughness and resilience
James was only 19 years old when his life changed dramatically and he become a paraplegic.
Shianne was lucky enough to sit down with James and talk to him about his story and how he has overcome some of the biggest challenges life has all by age 23.
