Do you feel stuck? Do you feel like you’re made for great things but have no idea what? Are you tired and frustrated at trying to figure it out alone? Do you want to know your purpose but have no clue where to start?
Hi, I’m Yaritza, and I remember feeling the exact same way. As a young stay-at-home mom, I felt lost, alone, and clueless about what I was put on this earth to do. I knew deep down that God had created me for something amazing. I just had no idea what it was, AND I had no idea how to find it. I searched in books and people, only to come up empty-handed and further frustrated!
It wasn’t until God led me on a personal development journey that I learned purpose. I dived into who I was and who God says I am. I realized my strengths and my weaknesses. I found out what I’m passionate about and not passionate about! I went back to school and finished my Bachelor’s in Business. I found my love for leadership and earned a Master’s in Executive Leadership, then got certified as a John Maxwell Coach through the John Maxwell Team.
It started with a feeling that I was made for more. I sought God and allowed Him to lead me, and He led me to where I am today. Today, I know exactly who I am, who I am in Christ. I know what He’s called me to do! That’s why we are here!
Through this podcast, I’ll share with you what I’ve learned on this crazy journey! You’ll learn how to develop yourself, your faith, and your leadership skills. I’ll challenge you to grow in these areas as you realize what God has called you to do! It’s going to be a fun ride! Are you ready? Grab a cup of coffee, a pretty notebook, and let’s dive in!

To say that I struggled with knowing my purpose, is an understatement. I searched for many years and became so frustrated until I leaned in to what God was telling me. I know from experience the freedom that comes from knowing what you are called to do. I'm not saying that life is perfect and you never struggle again! Not at all. But there is a peace and fulfillment that comes when you are truly IN the will of God.
