Overjoyed with the podcast

The host, Maya, takes something as simple as joy very seriously. An earnest talk about what makes people happy and why. It’s such a great exploration about what makes us all tick. Joy isn’t the same for everyone, and diving in to people’s specific joys is a delight.

Needed the Joy

I am enjoying the conversations and how one can find joy and ways to connect in the simplest of ways. That approach resonated for me and helped me smile through the day! Needed small joys more than I realized!

breath of fresh air

I've enjoyed all of the guests so far! Smooth conversation, with authentic but hilarious dialogue. This is an amazing medium for this kind of work. Joy is individual, but there is universality to it too. Thank you so much and looking forward to more!
