"I decided I am going plant-based. I had to."

Just because we look healthy on the outside DOES NOT mean we are healthy on the inside. My guest today, Robby Graham, was living proof of this.  As a lifelong bodybuilder, Robby frequented the gym. One day, he collapsed while working out. He was having a heart attack. Once he realized how close he was to death, he knew something had to change. After doing some research, he and his wife Mia decided to adopt a plant-based diet. And they've never looked back.

Robby and his wife, Mia, are now the proprietors of Revelations Café, a plant-based restaurant in Tampa, FL. Their amazing story is also featured in the new documentary film “Revelations Café: Food for the Soul,” (from the same producer of the famous "Forks Over Knives" documentary!) and in their book, "222 Says It Was Always You".
