The “Thought Food Podcast” is a inspiring podcast that discusses topics to help motivate and focus your mental and spiritual well being towards positivity and wealth. Personally In going through a dark time an episode that stood out to me was “Self Sabotage” where I was able to clearly get a better understanding of the importance of controlling your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In a world full of distractions “Thought Food” is the perfect podcast to listen to while accomplishing your daily task/goals. Ms. Kissoon’s voice is meant to be heard and have an impact on people. I’m honestly looking forward to see what else she has in store in the near future ❤️ !!!
