It's about letting the future inform the present, rather than being constrained by the past. This episode provides a unique opportunity to witness the learning process, the friction of aligning actions with a visionary future, and the implementation of practical insights on the journey toward identifying and creating an organization’s most important impact.

Thought-provoking and actionable

Tucker and Sarah dig into topics in a way that is accessible, non-judgmental and offers leaders opportunities to reflect on their own agency and practices. This approach is more thought-provoking and less overwhelming than the “15 ways to be a better boss”-style articles proliferating our news feeds.
