Many are poor and hungry. Some are victims of abuse. But the amazing people of Learning Empowered, located in the St Pete Tampa community are taking these at risk children from 2 months to age 5 , and teaching them skills to love learning, and thrive. In addition, they teach the parents life and parenting skills to help them find employment, housing, and most importantly...hope.
