Great Companion to Fresh Exchange's Website & Instagram

I was so excited when I found out Fresh Exchange would be launching a podcast earlier this year and it has not disappointed! Megan Gilger has created such a calming but also inspiring series that delves deeper into her work I already follow on Instagram and their website. I particularly enjoyed the episode 'Motherhood, Self Care, and the Journey of Healing with Randi Kay' and hope she puts out more episodes on these and similar topics.

This is HIGH QUALITY STUFF

So glad I stumbled across Fresh Exchange! After listening to just one episode a few weeks back, I was hooked. I can tell a lot of thought and research is put into every episode, and I find myself looking forward to each episode drop. Keep the solid content coming - I am a HUGE fan and won’t miss an episode!!
