Recent innovations include Black Cat Alley, a defunct alley-turned public arts space, and Ascent – the tallest mass timber building in the Western Hemisphere. Tim has also been a featured speaker at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) conference in Dubai, as well as various real estate panels.
