He currently works at Sports Technology startup InformStats and on top of that, he is a former college athlete and Norwalk High School legend. On the show today, we have Tomar Joseph.

Tomar and I get real about a lot of things in this podcast. From his work with InformStats and he tells us more about the goals of that company started by former Norwalk High School athletes. We talk about the future of college sports, how certain school systems fail certain students and how those problems need to be addressed. We also get into how women athletes deserve to get paid more and treating athletes better off the field.

We also talk about overcoming obstacles and the challenges dealing with certain emotions. Plus, we discuss many more life lessons we have learned lately in this taxing time period.
