This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for the many incredible guests I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with through the podcast. Let’s take a look back at the top tips from the most recent guests to really hit home the importance of sleep, joy, and slowing down.

#3 Clean plate, clean slate, clean body, clean mind are all so important for longevity. 
#4 Stop and check in with yourself.
#5 Meditation has centuries of evidence in how it improves your quality of life.
#6 A positive mindset is one of the keys to living a longer, happier life. 
#7 Address the patterns and imbalances in your nervous system.
 #8 Slow down! Let you catch yourself; it’s not so scary.
#9 Find joy every single day. We are here to experience joy, so heal what you need to heal so you can embrace your life’s happiness.
 #10 Manage your stress and emotion levels, especially when you’re not really processing or allowing yourself to feel.
 #11 Love in every way possible. Love people, even if they’ve hurt your feelings. 
#12 Nourish your bodies, minds, and spirits. Focus on intellectual stimulation and spiritual wellness. 
#13 Get a good night’s sleep. It’s amazing how different and better life looks when you get to sleep.
 #14 Follow your heart and do what you love.
 #15 Create choices that allow for a healthy lifestyle every day, not out of restriction.
 #16 Sleep for at least 7 ½ hours a night.
 #17 Reduce your stress levels, sleep longer, have a good skincare routine, and find balance with your diet.
