TOWER 26 Tuesday at 2pm Coaches' Calls

This is a great podcast if you're looking for quality commentary from the world of triathletes. Jim is very entertaining and you don't need to be a world class athlete like Lube to find great content and tips to add to your current training regiments. Plus you can stay updated on recent triathlon events all throughout the U.S. My only complaint is I think Jim needs to start or end the show with a little "Chelsea Dagger" to get the people pumped up.. Laid back show with great information that doesn't take 5 hours to get out! Guest are normally experts in their field not someone who heard something from someone else. Feels more like two friends talking instead of someone being interviewed. Nice to have someone with personality in triathlon that is not afraid to speak the truth and call people out.

I stumbled onto the podcast when I heard, Jim and coach Muddy, speak at my tri club's monthly meeting. The podcast is AWESOME! Not only do Jim and his guests cover the typical triathlon banter like, racing, training, nutrition, ect. But they also have a lot of fun and talk about pop culture, weird news stories and Jim's bodily functions. Thanks for not being the typical, A-type mentality, podcast! You've helped me become a better triathlete.

JATOG is a true racing podcast, how to race hard, train smart, and believe in yourself to succeed and become the best. Jim believes in a "hockey" approach to racing....tough, gritty, and real. There is no easy way to improve. It's hard work, dedication, and consistency. This podcast represents that belief to the fullest. Listen, learn, and you'll reach higher highs.
