CANT STOP LISTENING

Okay, so I’ve had my fair share of trauma and listening to these wonderful people come out and talk about theirs in such an open way is amazing. It’s welcoming and reassuring. Brianna, the host, does a great job in actually listening to her guest and giving them a platform to speak and say what they need to say. Absolutely recommend!

Being light helps the heavy

An essential outlet driving positivity through really tough life experiences that render one the sum of their best self.

A must listen to connect and find the humor in each day - no matter how tough.

Words matter. You matter.

A must listen! 10/5 stars!

This podcast makes me feel like I’m part of each and every conversation myself! It’s awesome to be able to relate to the episodes because it’s another confirmation that none of us are alone. We all face trauma in different ways and to be able to face it head on makes us even stronger and like Bri always say, funnier!
