Changed how I wake up

I used to listen to random self-help and business education podcasts as I slept for the sake of white noise and learning. That's was fine and all but I always woke up the same, groggy and gray. However I began to listen to these as I slept and all the time, the changed my life and... the way I woke up-feeling relieved and ready to serve.
