Wide range of advice!

These two have made my time off the trails fun in 2020! Wholesome duo dishing out priceless tips and experiences that make you appreciate the great outdoors more and more. Great listen for someone just starting AND for experienced backpackers that need to update their gear, trail knowledge and/or attitude. Thanks for all you do!

Love the experience

I have been listening for about 3 months, keeping up with current episodes but also going back to their earlier episodes when they first started. The information they provide has been helping with my simple day hikes and I am looking forward to taking their advice on some long distance backpacking trips.

I just finished episode 14 and this should be a must listen for all backpackers. Whether you are new or are pushing yourself to a new level, this episode is an amazing encouragement to push on.

Not Bret Weinstein ,

Nathan Hankes

Based on what my ears told me, you interviewed an author whose book you didn't completely read. Hankes recycled various stereotypes about one party and - surprise! - it involved rebelling against his parents (big yawn here). Pro Tip: It would be nice to have better guests with more diverse ideologies represented - something sorely lacking in our colleges and universities. Sigh, if only someone like Bret Weinstein would walk the AT.
