Inspiring and informative

As an aspiring young journalist, this podcast is like a free class every week. While Jeff is utterly realistic about the state of the industry, the discussions he has with other writers are nonetheless inspiring and give me hope for my future in journalism.

Great pod

Always interesting, sometimes utterly fantastic. I'm not a writer so I won't get into the details of the pod..... but it's great.

Great Yang Slung

Jeff Pearlman sure can sling some exquisite yang. His candor, curiosity and self-awareness make this podcast a must-listen for anyone who cares about how good stories are told. And I love how deeply he invests in each interview — picking through the writer’s old work and reading highlights on the show. This is an insightful, entertaining listen every time.
