And she became very attuned to what kind of life she might want. She observed that her mother had very little voice in things and she realized this was not what she wanted. As a young woman, she studied English and Organizational Dynamics and began to step into being a powerful leader who could develop powerful workplace teams. She became good at asking for what she wanted and as her leadership skills sharpened, she found herself running divisions globally for many different size organizations. Today, she walks a path to greatness as she uses her extensive knowledge to help executives create and thrive in well-functioning teams. It is my pleasure to introduce you to Shawn Kent Hayashi.
