Kim Haynes is a Tennessee State University Alumni and former Women's Basketball Player. Kim is now the CEO of Game Ready skill development, as well as the Director and Coach of Pressure Elite Basketball in Dallas Texas. She is also the Co-Host of the 5th Quarter Podcast and is a part of the Crown Refs Official community. 

Former standout guard and Tennessee State Women's Basketball Alum Jasmin Shuler joins us to share her journey of going to an HBCU and her successful journey of being a Division 1 student athlete. The former 1000 point scorer is currently a Film Director and Cinematographer as a part of her own brands Shubey Productions and Shubey Sports.

Special Guest Paul Diasparra of Crown Refs and officials from his mentor program joins us for a stimulating conversation on bridging the gap between Refs and High School Basketball Coaches. Paul can be seen on his Tik Tok and Instagram videos mentoring a community of dedicated officials. Paul shares his background and passion for the game of Basketball as well as life lessons that he carries daily.

Keisha Newell is currently the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School in Chicago.  Newell's coaching experience extends to coaching at Loyola Chicago as an Assistant Coach. After Loyola, Coach Newell completed four years as the Head Coach of Roosevelt University Women's Basketball Team.  Newell is also a former successful Division 1 Women's Basketball Player who attended Loyola Chicago. At Loyola, she was a three-year captain and starting point guard. During her senior season, she led the Ramblers averaging 11.8 points and 4.8 assists.
