Running a Personal Venture Studio - Hazel Lim | EP 16
In this episode I interview Hazel Lim, who has an interesting approach when it comes to building businesses. Hazel runs a personal venture studio. What does that mean? In essence, she uses a system to launch/validate a bunch of ideas for products/businesses rather than focus all of her energy on any single idea (at least until one of those ideas proves to be a smashing success). I had never heard of this approach before, but after speaking with Hazel, I think that it might be the perfect match for many solo builders in the no code space. All of Hazel's links are below. Enjoy the conversation!

How to Teach and Tell Stories - Matt Neary | EP 14
In this episode I interview Matt Neary. Matt is a Bubble.io educator. He runs a popular YouTube channel where he posts free Bubble tutorials, and also offers a course for students who want to master Bubble at Think It Built It.
One of the things I love about his approach to education is how he incorporates storytelling into his lessons. He has a background in film, and as you’ll see from our conversation, he seems to almost approach teaching and even product development from the perspective of a filmmaker or story teller. He’s focused on leading his students or product users through a narrative and on revealing the right information at the right time.
We spend a lot of time talking about education and the best ways to learn to Bubble, we spend some time talking about how AI is going to impact education, and we even get into the topic of fatherhood.
