Using Water Colors for Mindfulness with Volta Voloshin-Smith Tune in With Gab

In this episode, I sit down with Volta Voloshin-Smith. Volta runs her own business called "Color Snack." She focuses on water color illustrations and GIF Animations, and she also leads a wide range of group watercolor workshops. She is extremely talented, and she recently released her own book called "Watercolor Snacks: Inspiring Lessons for Sketching and Painting Your Favorite Foods"  in July 2021 focused on how to create water color illustrations of foods. One of her main workshops is focused on how to incorporate mindfulness while painting with watercolors as a relaxation technique. She started this workshop virtually during the pandemic, and she saw a high amount of success right away with a large amount of participants. In this episode, we talk about her background, mindfulness, the benefits of using water colors and tips on how you can get into painting with watercolors yourself!
