Emily Vikre is the owner of Vikre Distillery in Duluth. Emily makes beautiful spirits and canned cocktails. She is also the author of Camp Cocktails, a book about making cocktails that are fun and easy in the great outdoors.

We are excited to showcase Vikre's spirits in a special 3-course  Makers of Minnesota Dinner at the Lexington in St Paul on November 30th. . Get tickets here Guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres in The Williamsburg Room from 6:00-6:30 pm followed by a 3-course dinner created by Chef Antonio utilizing products from three local makers.
