The gospels paint a four faced portrait of Jesus. Looking at each of them for their uniqueness gives us a complete or full view of Jesus. The Gospel of Mark shows us Jesus through the lens of the Suffering Servant, the face of the ox.

We know that Jesus loves us but do we "comprehend" the breadth, length, depth and height of His love? Pastor Jon takes us on a deep dive from Ezekiel to Revelation, through the Tribes of Israel in the Old Testament to the types of love found in the New Testament, all to have a revelation of the four faces of Jesus, the faces of love.

In Matthew 16, Jesus asked His disciples, "who do you say that I am?" This question has been asked for thousands of years by billions of people - who is the real Jesus? The answer to this question is paramount to our understanding. We need a revelation of the person of Jesus!

It's not hard to think that God sees humanity in crowds, in groups, in round about numbers. How can anyone know everyone? Yet, we God knows every single person, He knows you. Through the life of Jesus we can see that God notices, engages with and loves even the worst of us. Jesus defeated death and the grave so you can be in relationship with Him. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whosoever (that means you) believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. 

God counts by ONES because everyONE matters!

In Mark 2, Jesus was teaching and a group of friends tried to bring their friend who was paralyzed to Jesus for healing. There was no room but that did not stop them. They ripped a hole in the roof because they knew where Jesus is miracles happen. 

This serves as a challenge to us. What are we willing to do to get our friends where Jesus is? There are many believers who are happy in the room and with no regard to those outside of it. Let's rip off some roofs so others can experience the real Jesus. 

You have a story worth telling. Your testimony is the story of who you were before experiencing the real Jesus and who you are since. The question isn't whether or not you have a story, it is whether or not you will tell your story. As we believers we are called to GO and TELL!
