Vinny Scollo is the Gold's Gym Sports Performance Director and Regional Fitness Manager in Middletown NY. As a strength and conditioning coach working with both amateur athletes and professional athletes in high school, college and the NFL, Vinny has over 12 years of experience in human performance.
