Fabulous Podcast-Don't miss it

Wonderful UGA pod for us dawg fans. Reviewing the dawgs from an "inside Athens" perspective, the gang combines enough Xs and Os to satisfy the hard core football junkie with the ups and down that all SEC fans face. The trick(or illusion) to this pod is the unique background of the hosts--Leitch-professional sports writer covering his home town team, Waller-lifelong Dawg, and Duvall-professional producer with a passion for the team.
Don't miss these guys-they know that there's alwayse $ in the banana stand.

Always a good time

This is an always entertaining pod about UGA sports and life in general in Athens, GA. It manages to the thread the needle of providing satisfying sports analysis without getting too far into the statistical weeds. The hosts sprinkle in enough anecdotal stories and tidbits about their life in the classic city to allow me to reminisce about my days in college (which is absolutely welcome as a transplant to the Midwest). All three guys add something different to the show and they have great chemistry together. Overall, a really enjoyable experience for those who have a passion about Georgia athletics and the friendships and memories they have formed around the topic.

My question (and bear with me as I’m getting my oil changed and have too much time to kill): do you guys think your opinion of the 2017 year would be different without national or social media? I’ve frequently caught myself checking twitter during or immediately following pop culture events (sporting events, tv episodes, political debates...you name it), and am always unsure how the knee jerk reactions I read are coloring my own feelings and what I just experienced. Obviously, the end of the national championship game was a gut punch, but how do you think you’d feel about it a few days (or years) later if you just had your memories of the season to fall back on - not talking heads on tv or Twitter or whatever.

By the way, Will’s SOE piece afterwards was one of my favorite things he’s ever written (along with the guns piece in NY Mag).

Second question, if you could pick one hero to end the upcoming seasons’ national championship game in dramatic fashion, who would it be? Gotta be Rod, right? Maybe a qb sneak TD by Fromm as second place.

I love this relaxed format podcast. Just some good ol’ Dawgs talking about the team they love. I feel like I could pull up a chair and be welcome to the table to talk about our beloved bulldogs with these guys. Add this to your must listen Georgia Bulldog podcasts.
