Waiting To Dry is the most entertaining least informative art podcast on Earth. A podcast about art that's way more entertaining than reading an artist bio. Sergio Lopez is an artist who studied at art college, and Joshua Lawyer is self-taught. But both of them have a lot to say about being professional artists. This show isn't about what brushes to use or how to sell your paintings. They talk to artists and each other about what's going on in their lives and try to make each other laugh, and sometimes learn a thing or two in the process.

My Favorite Art Pod Cast

I love having this podcast playing in the studio. Most art postcast get 'lost in the weeds' and just get boring. Really boring. These guys blend great humor with some of the most insightful discussions in studio art. They have fantastic guests and I think you will find bolts of wisdom disbursed between good-natured humor. I love this show!

Hidden Gem

Perfect podcast to have playing in the studio, in the car on a road trip...wherever. Are you going to hear super deep art related conversation every episode...no, but you will hear a bit about everything from Sergey’s experience with plein air events to Josh’s deep hate for art schools and the different kinds of pencils he uses. Keep it up guys. 🤘

humorous, forthright, accessible

I enjoy all the banter but especially when the hosts/guests talk about art philosophy.
