ep 07: growing up together, getting into arguments, and who’s more likely to… with my lifelong friend

    HEY FRIENDS!

It feels like it's been forever, but I'm so excited to have been able to bring ya'll an episode with one of my best (and oldest) friends, Josie. In this episode we exposed some cringy middle school stories and talked about getting into fights with one another, how we reconciled, and the ways in which our friendship has evolved as we've gotten older and taken different paths in life. We touched upon our past relationships, what we have learned, and what guys we want to see each other end up with someday... Finally, we wrapped this episode up with a very blunt game of "Who's more likely to." Hope you enjoy this one, thanks for your patience and enthusiasm for new episodes!

ep 06: comparison, bus life, multiple revenues, and homeschooling w/ Jessica Steward

ep 06: comparison, bus life, multiple revenues, and homeschooling w/ Jessica Steward

Hey friend! Forewarning, please for the love of all things good, hear what we're saying and pay as little attention as physically possible to the static from my early 2000s Apple Headphones (in lieu of broken airpods and/or at-home recording equipment) *sigh... keeping it real.* ANYWAYS, this week's episode was recorded with Jessica Steward, at 6-something am, in our cars, on school/Starbucks parking lot wifi––so cheers to recording, in the most unconventional and creative ways! Jessica and her family recently made the switch from living in a home to traveling and doing life and work from their RV––how cool is that?! Tune in to hear her share what made them decide that this was the right choice for them, her experiences with RV life, our thoughts on homeschooling, our take on comparison, and much more!

THANK YOU AGAIN for bearing with me while the podcast goes nomadic for a little while, in clubhouses, cars, and with subpar sound quality. Can't wait to bring you guys the next episode, where sound equipment will be in full use! *hallelujah*

    HAPPY (early) EASTER

ep 05: let’s catch up – makeshift microphones, priorities, and overworking

ep 05: let’s catch up – makeshift microphones, priorities, and overworking

Ya’ll... it’s been a week and I’m tired as heck. I took (and passed!) my NREMT exam, and am officially an EMT, had to take a spontaneous trip back home (booked a flight and was home less than 24 hours later), and had my busiest week of the semester yet. So with none of my podcast equipment, negative energy levels, and under-caffeination, I bring you an episode on my highs and lows, an intro to boundaries, and a quick heart-to-heart/catch-up convo. I'm so grateful for each of you, thanks for showing up as I keep navigating this wild ride called life!

New episodes every other Friday at 5pm PST

Keep your eyes out for a bonus episode coming after soon after my exams!

ep 04: our biggest mistakes, injury, identity, and letting go w/ Brandon Bergado

ep 04: our biggest mistakes, injury, identity, and letting go w/ Brandon Bergado

WELCOME BACK FRIENDS! In today's episode I got to chat with my pal, Brandon––(listen to the episode for the random story of how we met). He shares a bit about his extensive journey with sports and how his hockey career came to a halt after suffering a severe brain injury. He shares how he spent his time recovering (productively), how it shaped him into the person he is today, and even let us in on a new project he is working on. We answered some deep questions from the game, We're not really strangers, reflected on the ways we are critical of ourselves and others, our social insecurities, and I may or may not have exposed myself.... and what I consider to be one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.

ep 03: traveling solo, long distance, and engaged at 20 w/ Isabella Yip

HEY FRIENDS! Welcome to our first guest episode, where I'm joined by my friend, Isabella Yip! We discuss her experiences, tips, and tricks about traveling solo and living abroad on her own. We also share the difficulties, joys, and realities of long distance relationships, and our best advice for making the most of them. Lastly, Isabella reveals some big news and shares advice for young singles, engaged couples, and anyone in between.

Thank you so much for being patient with this week's technical difficulties with uploading! Please bear with me as I am still navigating how podcasts work. This week's audio is a little imbalanced, but should be improved from here on out!
