Customer Reviews
Absolutely delightful and original.
Congrats to the podcasters who came up with this jewel. And the actual advice is real, valuable and well thought out. Even I learned a few personal help tips and I am a cantankerous old bat.
Siren song to the anxious mind
I listen in the half hour between waking and getting ready for work. I worked the graveyard shift for 16 years then was given the option of dayside or quitting, as someone who lives with social anxiety and depression, I find this podcast is just the thing to help me slip into another hectic day.
