We Are AG. We are Adam and Greg. We are Age Groupers. Age Group athletes race because they love to. We do not get paid, we pay to race. We do not get sponsors, we pay for all our stuff. We do not make this our job, we do this for fun. Over the last five years we have completed a combined 20+ triathlons, 10+ half-marathons (or longer) and 6 full distance Ironman triathlons.

Fun triathlon podcast
This is a great podcast for age group triathletes and runners or anyone interested in triathlon or endurance sports. It’s two friends, one coach/triathlete and one triathlete/marathon runner chatting about training and racing. Their perspectives and information are real, and their banter is fun. It’s an entertaining and informative listen that I highly recommend.
